A space for powerful Black women
to take off the cape!
Why This Space Exists
R.O.O.T.E.D is a community space created for Black women who are tired of carrying everything—and being everything—for everyone else.
This is not therapy.
This is not fixing.
This is not performance.
This is a place to exhale, be witnessed, and reconnect with yourself—without obligation.

No fixing unless you ask.
You tell us what hat to wear—we honor it.

Un-SuperWoman Me Please!™
Relinquishing the Superhero Cape & Why That's A Non-Negotiable
This 60-minute facilitated support session is designed especially for BIPOC Women who are tired of surviving in “strong mode” while quietly paying the cost at work, home, and the few moments they get time to play.
Using the Un-SuperWoman Me Please!™ framework, we will explore how the Superwoman role—often rooted in unresolved trauma, silent sacrifice, and the pressure to save everyone—shows up in our work, leadership, and relationships.
Together, we will name the emotional and relational toll of always being the dependable one, challenge the belief that rest is optional, and reconnect with community as a source of support rather than a responsibility to carry alone.
This is a brave, affirming space to be seen, validated, and reminded that you are allowed to be whole, supported, and human—not heroic.

Optional Reflection
This short energy check-in is an invitation—not an assignment.
If it supports you in arriving grounded rather than drained, it's here for you.
